Business Support Assistant
Project Management Office
Providing Project Management support to the divisional and Project Management communities.
Duties may include becoming proficient in the application and use of machine tools
This apprenticeship will offer variety and the opportunity to move around the business in various engineering departments
Provide support to the Procurement department including: preparing purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics AX and sending to suppliers
Provide support to the Finance team; duties may include – processing of invoices and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
To assist the Executive Assistant undertaking a wide variety of administration activities
