Construction of the new and modern Horizon Building in 2018 provided space for the production of several boats for AEUK contracts, and is evidence of our continued growth and development.

We support local schools, encouraging young people to take an interest in science, technology, engineering and maths. We sponsored IT equipment for Budmouth College in Weymouth, and volunteers from AEUK assist Bryanston School with their Greenpower Racing project, which allows students to build and race their own electric cars.
Each year, we recognise the greatest achievements of our staff with the Endeavour Award. Presented in December, teams and individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the business or their colleagues present their work to the entire company at the Christmas Briefing. Staff at the briefing vote for the final winner, who is presented with the Endeavour Award.
Besides this, AEUK recognises the successes of the next generation of staff with annual for Apprentice of the Year and Most Improved Apprentice.
